I drift through the cold, quiet night,
And the luminous moonlight.
Bathed in its silvery glow,
I hear a calming song
In the depths of my soul.
I float over frosted fields
And castles in the snow,
Wondering what the world was like
So very long ago.
I breathe in deep and flap my wings,
Replacing reality with a precious dream.
This is proof that to those with eyes,
Nothing is as it seems.
